Mary Waterfield

Mary Waterfield, 58, of Canadian, passed away on Friday, May 18, 2020 in Canadian.

Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Canadian.

Mary Margaret Webb Waterfield was born May 4, 1962 in Bryan to Gervin and Jeri Mae Webb.  She attended school and was graduated from Bryan High School.  Mary married Rick Waterfield in May 1991, and they celebrated 29 years of marriage, returning to Canadian in 2001.  Mary attended Cosmetology School and enjoyed using that training to volunteer at the Abraham Memorial Home.  Mary loved to sing and worship her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  She also enjoyed teaching a young children’s Sunday school class.  Just recently Mary was blessed to share her faith with a young man on an airplane flight.  She was an excellent cook and especially loved to bake.  As a sister, she loved her siblings deeply and without conditions.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Gary “Bubba” Webb  and a daughter, Heather Natasha Boatner.

Survivors include husband, Rick Waterfield of Canadian; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Stephenson of Bryan; stepson, Bryan Paul Waterfield and wife Tammi of Ruidoso, NM; sister, Caroline Shaw of Canadian; mother-in-law, Sandy Waterfield of Canadian; sister-in-law, Cindy Young and husband Craig of Canadian; and nieces and nephews.
