Holli Diane Rackley

Holli Diane Rackley, 66 of Liberal, KS, formerly of Canadian, died March 18, 2021 in Amarillo, TX.

Viewing for family and friends will be 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday, March 22, 2021 at Carmichael-Whatley Canadian Funeral Home.  Memorial services will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at the Carmichael-Whatley Canadian Chapel, with Pastor Donald Hill, pastor of The River Ministries, officiating.  Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Canadian.

Holli Rackley was born July 13, 1954 in Canadian to Johnny & Jeannie Morris. She attended Canadian schools and graduated with the class of 1972. Holli lived several places and upon returning to Canadian she worked with her parents at the Best Way Market, she later worked at the First State Bank and Wellington State Bank as a new account’s manager.  Holli loved to travel and experience new things.  She enjoyed spending time in Red River, Las Vegas and at the lake house.  Holli married Harvey Rackley on October 13, 2016, they enjoyed spending time together.  She had a fun sense of humor and was an avid people watcher on their travels.  Holli loved to read, watching soaps and reality tv.  She was detailed and organized in life, she tried gardening but that was not always successful.  Holli was incredibly special and easy to love, once she was your friend, she was your best friend.  She loved her grandkids!  She loved living life to the fullest and never gave up fighting for life.

Holli was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Jeannie and 2 brothers, David and Steve.

Survivors include husband, Harvey Rackley of Liberal, KS; son, Josh Ellison and wife Karissa of Amarillo; 3 grandchildren, Audiana, Analicia, and Joshua Ellison; multiple nieces and nephews; lifelong friends, Margie Faulkner and Leslie Nimmo. By marriage multiple children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
