Deborah Sue Davis Ridings Gooch, 64, of Pampa, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021 in Pampa.
Memorial services will be 10:30 AM on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Zackary Greer, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Deborah was born on May 3, 1956 to Don and Coene Carter Hunter on the Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base in North Carolina. She moved all over the country growing up before settling in Meeker, Colorado. Deborah met Bart Gooch in 1996 and they were married on June 18, 2005 in Skellytown. She moved to Pampa in 2013. She enjoyed reading, gardening, coloring, fishing, and making crafts. Deborah was a good cook and loved to feed her family. She was very close to her family and was always excited to spend time with her grandchildren. Deborah will be remembered for her strength, her bravery, her humor, and her orneriness.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; 2 brothers, Eddie Davis and Charlie Davis; 1 sister, Darlene Kinnamon; and 1 brother-in-law, Darrell Wiltgen.
Deborah is survived by her 7 children, Kimberly Thompson and husband Rich of Salmon, Idaho, Leslie Beaird of Grand Junction, Colorado, Andrea Herring and husband Thomas, Tiffany Lauer, Lacey Rozier and husband Martin IV, and Levi Lauer all of Pampa, and Brittany Leadingham and husband Cody of Ashland, Kentucky; 2 sisters, Dianne Wiltgen and Norma Bicknell and husband Ronny “Ronky”, all of Grand Junction, Colorado; 1 brother-in-law, Larry Kinnamon of Meeker, Colorado; 1 sister-in-law, Linda Davis of Pampa; 18 grandchildren, Jordan and husband Matthew, Joshua, Jolee Sue and partner Travis, Kada, Kaiya, Deus, Oliveia, Marshall, Carter, Marissa and husband Taylor, Raylee, Martin Lee, Tristan, Allanah, Amythyst Coene, Kamrynn, Kolton, and Korynn; 4 great-grandchildren, Sophiah, Shyloh, Lincoln, and Scottland Jo.
