Belinda Kay Thomas, 65, of Pampa, passed away October 2, 2018 in Pampa.
Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 6, 2018, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Pastor Jeremy Buck of Redeemer Pampa, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Thomas was born June 3, 1953 in Pampa to Lois Todd Devoll and Vernon Ray Devoll, Sr. She met the love of her life, Rocky Thomas, whom she married in 1970. Belinda had been a resident of Pampa most of her life where she worked as an LVN. She loved scrap booking and doing crafts, but most of all, she loved her family. You never saw her grandkids involved in anything without their nanny yelling from the stands, cheering them on. Her sweet babies were her world.
Survivors include her husband, Rocky Thomas of the home; two daughters, Kadi Carroll and husband Mitchell, and Billie Etter and husband Rowland, all of Pampa; five grandchildren, Madison Myers of Amarillo, McKinli Thomas, Cadence Carroll, Aizlee Etter and Kyndel Etter, all of Pampa; two brothers, James Devoll and wife Mitzi of Pampa, and Monty Kartchner and wife Sherilee of Mesa, Arizona; two sisters, Bobbie Mendell and husband Jim of Woodruff, Arizona, and Suzy Taylor and husband Greg of Palestine; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Belinda was preceded in death by a daughter, Melinda Kay Thomas in 1993; her father, Vernon Ray Devoll, Sr. in 1993; her mother, Lois Neil Todd Devoll in 2005; and two brothers, Larry Don Devoll in 2008 and Vernon Ray Devoll, Jr. in 2010. The family finds peace knowing she is reunited with her daughter Menda.
