Cresencia Aguilar

Services for Cresencia L. Aguilar, 69, of Memphis, TX, will be at 3:30 PM on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at Westside Fellowship Church in Memphis, TX, with Rev. A. Ridley officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Memphis, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home in Memphis, Texas. Mrs. Aguilar passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2007 in Amarillo, TX. She was born on April 19, 1937 in Caldwell, TX to the late Mr. Antonio Vasquez and Mrs.Crespina (Alvarez) Vasquez. She married Pete Aguilar on November 26, 1956 in Lubbock, TX and they settled in Memphis. She was a member of Westside Fellowship Church in Memphis. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Pete Aguilar, Jr. in 1961. She is survived by her husband Pete Aguilar of Memphis, TX; four children, Christina Morgan and husband, Douglas, of San Angelo, TX; Patsy Aguilar of Memphis, TX; Pete Aguilar, Jr. and wife, Katherine, of New York City, NY; and Roy Aguilar and wife, Irma, of Memphis, TX; ten grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. The family would like to give a special thank-you to all the nurses and staff at Baptist Saint Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo for their kind love and care for our mom.
