Services for Nathan Smith, 30, of Plano, TX will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 20, 2010 at the Church of Christ in Memphis, TX with Tom Anderson, officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Memphis, TX. Nathan passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2010 in Plano, TX. Nathan was born June 17, 1980 in Memphis, TX to Mr. David Smith and Mrs. Patricia (Blum) Smith. He was a 1998 graduate of Plano National Academy. He then went on to attend an auto mechanic college in Garland, TX. He moved to Plano, TX in August of 1989 from Amarillo, TX. He worked as an auto mechanic for Sav-Mor Auto Repair in Plano, TX. He was also a member of Plano East Church of Christ. He is survived by one son, Aaron Gonzalez of Plano, TX; one daughter, Makayla Smith of Plano, TX; his parents, David and Patricia Smith of Plano, TX; two sisters, Kim Webb and husband Danny of Celeste, TX; Dedra Smith and husband Clarence of Plano, TX; three nephews, Jonathon, Cameron and Trevor Smith all of Plano, TX; his aunts and uncles, Dan and Lorine Purrington of Metairie, LA; Arthur and Wanda Smith of Lubbock, TX; Jim and Luann Smith of Amarillo, TX; Jackie and Kay Blum of Memphis, TX; his great aunts and uncles, Tommy and Jerri Martin of Lakeview, TX; Raymond and Norma Martin of Memphis, TX and a host of cousins.
