Rosary services for Pablino “Sonny” Narvaez, 58, of Memphis, TX, will be at 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 24, 2010 at Hughs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel. Mass will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Jim Schmitmeyer, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Memphis, TX. Sonny passed away Thursday, September 23, 2010 in Amarillo, TX. He was born June 18, 1952 in Sinton, TX to Mrs. Manuela (Lopez) Narvaez and the late Mr. Bruno Narvaez. He attended schools in Memphis. He married Janie Morquecho on December 4, 1971 in Memphis, TX. Sonny was a lifelong resident of Memphis and had worked for Burlington Railroad. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by one brother, Blas Narvaez. He is survived by his wife, Janie Narvaez of Memphis, TX; two sons, Sonny James Narvaez and Albert Narvaez and wife Sophia all of Memphis, TX; two daughters, Veronica Narvaez and Ramona Narvaez both of Memphis, TX; his mother, Manuela Narvaez of Memphis, TX; three brothers, Cisco Narvaez and wife Delia of San Angelo, TX; Issac Narvaez and wife Mary of Amarillo, TX; Angel Narvaez and wife Yolonda of Memphis, TX; four sisters, Mary Elle Casas and husband Joe of Memphis, TX; Petra Garcia and husband Victor of Amarillo, TX; Gloria Perez and husband Manuel of Memphis, TX; Eva Garcia and husband Richard of Memphis, TX; 7 grandchildren, Mariena Glover, Myriah and Marsella Narvaez, Sonny Pablina Narvaez, Albert Narvaez Jr., Myra Narvaez, Mya Garza and his sister-in-law, Eva Narvaez of Memphis, TX.
