Services for Pam Mier, 48, of Canadian, TX will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Hughs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Matt Cook, officiating. Inurnment will be at a later time under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian, TX. Mrs. Mier passed away Sunday, June 27, 2010 in Canadian, TX. Pam was born April 13, 1962 in Birmingham, AL to the late Mr. James Swindle and Mrs. Mary Nalley Swindle. She attended schools in Canadian, TX. She moved to Canadian, TX in 1975 from Carbon Hill, AL. Pam was a member of the Canadian Church of Christ and also attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Pampa, TX. She is survived by three daughters, Chantill Parker of Canadian, TX; Amanda Young of Canadian, TX; Carissa Mier of Irondale, AL; two brothers, Mike Swindle of San Angelo, TX; David Swindle of Woodward, OK; five sisters, Frances Galloway of Moody, AL; Paula Macias of Perryton, TX; Lisa Mier of San Angelo, TX; Alice Bentley of Canadian, TX; Ginger Moon of Cabool, MO.
