Services for Mr. Jerry Bellah, 69, of Pampa, TX will be at 4:00 PM Friday, March 12, 2010 at Calvary Baptist Church in Pampa, TX with Rick Pearson, officiating. Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Marena Cemetery in Stillwater, OK with L.D. Strate, officiating. Services are under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home in Canadian, TX. Mr. Bellah passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2010 in Pampa, TX. Jerry was born January 25, 1941 in Nocona, TX to the late Mr. D.W. Bellah and Mrs. Juanita (Breeze) Bellah. He attended schools in Bowie, TX. He moved to Pampa, TX in 1990 from Bridgeport, TX. He married Janice Lowe on June 27, 1992 in Pampa, TX. In Jerry’s early years he worked for Jerry Woods Funeral Home in Nocona, TX and later became owner and operator of a grocery store in Nocona, TX. He managed the Best Western Motel in Memphis, TX and later went to work for Enerpipe Corporation in Perryton, TX. He was the bus driver and worked in the maintenance department at Grandview-Hopkins Grade School. He also worked at United Supermarket in Pampa, TX. Jerry was a member of Church of the Brethren and attended Faith Advent Christian Church in Pampa, TX. He was preceded in death by one brother, Dow Webster Bellah. He is survived by his wife, Janice Bellah of Pampa, TX; three sons, David Arnn of Pampa, TX; Tim Bellah of Granbury, TX; Nathan Arnn of Amarillo, TX; two daughters, Tangela Johnson of Pampa, TX; Beth Bellah of Granbury, TX; five sisters, Lockade Hall of Lake Bridgeport, TX; D’Ellen Bellah of Gatesville, TX; Judy Stevens of Lake Bridgeport, TX; Lee Bellah of Lake Bridgeport, TX; Linda Kennedy of Dallas, TX and seven grandchildren.
