Rosary services for Mrs. Carolina Aguilar, 60, of Lakeview, TX will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 24, 2009 at Hughs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel. Mass will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 2009 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Jim Schmitmeyer, officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Lakeview, TX under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Memphis, TX. Mrs. Aguilar passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2009 in Childress, TX. She was born August 10, 1949 in Fredericksburg, TX to Mr. Adolfo Morquecho Sr., and the late Mrs. Augustina (Chavez) Morquecho. She attended school in Leslie, TX. She married Martin Aguilar on October 4, 1969 in Memphis, TX. She was a lifelong resident of Lakeview, TX and a homemaker. She was also a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Memphis, TX. She was preceded in death by one brother, Albert Morquecho and one sister, Gloria Torres. She is survived by her husband, Martin Aguilar of Lakeview, TX; two sons, Carlos Aguilar and wife Tara of Amarillo, TX; Randy Aguilar of Lakeview, TX; two daughters, Sally Lopez and husband Adam of Memphis, TX; Denise Lopez of Lakeview, TX; her father, Adolfo Morquecho Sr., of Lakeview, TX; three brothers, Ruben Morquecho and Frank Morquecho both of Memphis, TX; Adolfo Morquecho Jr., of Lakeview, TX; five sisters, Lidia Gonzalez of Lakeview, TX; Janie Narvaez, Mary De La Cruz, Josie Garcia and Linda Lopez all of Memphis, TX; five grandchildren, Zachary Lopez and McKenzie Lopez both of Memphis, TX; Randy Aguilar, Logan Aguilar and Triston Aguilar all of Clarendon, TX; two great-grandchildren, Adriana “Peanut” Lopez and Ayden Lopez both of Memphis, TX.
