Graveside services for Mrs. Billie Waddill, 92, of Amarillo, TX formerly of Memphis, TX will be at 2:00 PM Monday, October 12, 2009 at Rowe Cemetery in Hedley, TX with Tom Anderson, officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home in Memphis, TX. Mrs. Waddill passed away Saturday, October 10, 2009 in Amarillo, TX. She was born July 1, 1917 in Seymour, TX to the late Mr. Jo Laurent and Mrs. Bula Williams Laurent. She married Boyce Waddill on April 17, 1948 in Plainview, TX. He preceded her in death on February 13, 1999. She had lived in Hall County and Memphis for many years. Billie was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ in Memphis, TX. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
