Frankie Dale Clayton, 52, of Canadian, died May 31, 2017 in Canadian.Memorial services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, June 5, 2017, at Abundant Life Assembly of God, with Rev. Barry Hosford, pastor, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Canadian. Frankie was born September 13, 1964 in Greenville, and was a lifelong resident of Canadian. He was the foreman of The Pit Stop since it opened 15 years ago. He married Jeanette Carter on January 3, 2004 in Canadian. Frankie was a member of the Assembly of God. Survivors include his wife Jeanette Clayton of the home; two daughters, Christina Clayton of Denison and Deseray Jahnel of Canadian; a son, Carl Jahnel of Canadian; two sisters, Kimberly West and husband San of Leila Lake, and Melissa Nunn and husband Jamie of Pampa; four brothers, Billy Clayton and wife Kathy, Michael Clayton and wife Pam, Joey Cryer and wife Alisha, and Jerry Laing all of Amarillo; seven grandchildren, Zacoyah Clayton, Carlos Aubrey, Jr., Kourtney Aubrey, Markease Aubrey, Kaiden Clayton, Jadain Rosser and Mariah Rosser. Frankie was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Judy Clayton.
