Services for Keith Yarnold, 69, of Canadian, TX will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church with Donald Hill, officiating. Burial will follow in Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian, TX. Keith passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016 in Canadian, TX. Keith was born October 30, 1946 in Canadian, TX to the late Mr. Howard Yarnold and Mrs. Kathryn (Sprague) Yarnold. He was a 1965 graduate of Canadian High School. He then went on to graduate from Texas State University in 1971 with a business degree. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He married Debbie (Hansen) on August 14, 1971 in San Antonio, TX. Keith worked as a farmer and rancher. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Keith was survived by his wife, Debbie Yarnold of Canadian, TX; three sons, Kale Yarnold and wife Meredith of Amarillo, TX; Kley Yarnold and wife Kimberly of Canadian, TX; Kade Yarnold and wife Meredith of Canadian, TX, one daughter, Kara DeWitt and husband Billy of Amarillo, TX; one brother, Charles Yarnold and wife Estelle of Alvarado, TX; two sisters, Glenna Schafer and husband Lynard of Canadian, TX; Judy Stock of San Antonio, TX; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchildren. Family suggests memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
