Services for Sue Cecotti, 76, of Canadian, TX will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2016 at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Sydne Allen and Rev. Travis Allen co-officiating. Burial will follow in Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian, TX. Sue passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2016 in Canadian, TX. Sue was born June 15, 1939 in Amarillo, TX to the late Mr. Warren Oscar Harrington and Mrs. Valeska Louise (Newell) Harrington. She was a 1957 graduate of Canadian High School. She attended West Texas State University and Dallas Christian College. Sue owned and operated Canadian Floral from 1978 until retiring in August of 2014. She was a charter member of Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority and a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Over the past 38 years in business Sue brightened many lives with all the beautiful colors in her floral arrangements. She was preceded in death by her brother, Stanley Harrington. She is survived by her daughter, Sherri Cecotti of Coppell, TX; her sister, Carolyn Sandlin of Midland, TX; her aunt, Blossom Newell of Canadian, TX; her cousin, Georgia King of Amarillo, TX; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
