Services for Julia Trujillo, 95, of Canadian, TX will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 23, 2015 at the Spanish Revival Church in Canadian with Rev. Ramon Enriquez, officiating. Burial will follow in Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery in Canadian under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian, TX. Julia passed away Thursday, November 19, 2015, in Canadian. She was born February 27, 1920 to the late Mr. Dolores Villalpando and Mrs. Francisca (Ochoa) Villalpando. She married Rafael Trujillo on March 11, 1935 in Carlsbad, NM. He preceded her in death on March 29, 2000. They moved to Canadian in 1997 from Roswell, NM. She was a homemaker and a member of the Spanish Revival Church. She was preceded in death by two sons, Eloisin and David Trujillo, four brothers and one sister. She is survived by five sons, Elias Trujillo of Colorado; Enrique Trujillo of Roswell, NM; Albert Trujillo of Farwell, TX; Rodolfo Trujillo of Roswell, NM; Ruben Trujillo of Canadian, TX; three daughters, Elena Ornelas of Roswell, NM; Yolanda Chavez of Jackson, MS; Elizabeth Lankford of Canadian, TX; one brother, Ramon Villalpando of Carlsbad, NM; one sister, Feliz Salazar of Dallas, TX; 31 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.:
