Services for Rena E. Row, 93, of Memphis, TX, will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at Travis Baptist Church in Memphis, TX, with Rev. Johnnie Snider officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Memphis, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home in Memphis, Texas. Mrs. Row passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2005 in Memphis, TX. She was born on December 29, 1911 in Pottsboro, TX to the late Herbert Daniel and Abbie (Myer) Daniel. She grew up in Vernon, TX, where she worked for a short time at a cafe. She married J.C. Row on March 29, 1945 in Vernon. He preceded her in death on March 24, 1993. Mrs. Row moved to Clarendon, TX in 1945, and to Memphis, TX in 1953. She was a housewife. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Helen Mary Ann in 1983; 3 brothers; and 3 sisters. She is survived by two sons, Jackie Row of Memphis, TX, and Rex Row of Joshua, TX; one daughter, Jerry Roye of Cleburne, TX; one sister, Helen Blakley of Vernon, TX; five grandsons; and eight great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Odyssey Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson, Amarillo, TX 79101.
