Services for Imogene Melton Molloy, 71, of Memphis, TX will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Church of Christ with Mark Lance, officiating and Tom Anderson, assisting. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Memphis, TX. Imogene passed away Sunday, March 18, 2012 in Memphis, TX. Imogene was born April 14, 1940 in Turkey, TX to the late Mr. Hubert Melton and Mrs. Lois (Perkins) Melton. She attended schools in Turkey, TX. She married Roy Alvin Molloy on June 27, 1957 in McLean, TX. He preceded her in death on December 22, 1992. Imogene was a homemaker and later went to work as a teller for 15 years at the Memphis State Bank until retiring in 2008. She loved playing golf and was a member of the Ladies Golf Association. She was also a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her son, John Michael Molloy in 1962 and two brothers, Kenneth and Jerry Layne Melton. She is survived by her sons; Chris Molloy and wife Jo Ann of Jacksboro, TX; Stevie Molloy and wife Robin of Memphis, TX; her sister, Barbara Reeves and husband Jim of Hurst, TX; five grandchildren, Jeff Molloy and wife Tara of Morton, TX; Benjy Molloy and wife Trisha of Spearman, TX; Matt Molloy of Memphis, TX; Holly Molloy of Amarillo, TX; Renee Molloy of Memphis, TX; and one great grandchild soon to be.
