Memorial service for Mr. Raymond Dickson Jr., 41, of Aurora, CO formerly of Memphis, TX will be at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, February 4, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Memphis, TX with Brother Woodrow Richardson, officiating. Inurnment will be at a later time. Cremation is under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Memphis, TX. Raymond passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012 in Wheeler County. Raymond was born May 15, 1970 in Memphis, TX to the late Mr. Raymond Dickson Sr. and Mrs. Georgia (Rogers) Dickson. He was a 1989 graduate of Memphis High School. He married Sherri Winnett on December 4, 2006 in Amarillo, TX. Raymond worked for Kimrad Transport as a truck driver. He was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Memphis, TX. He was preceded in death by his sister, Elisa Inez Rogers. He is survived by his wife, Sherri Dickson of Aurora, CO; two daughters, Julya Dickson of Aurora, CO; Mya Canady of Dallas, TX; three brothers, Authur Ray Dickson and wife Ramona and Lamonte Dickson and wife Natalie all of Memphis, TX; Otho Dickson and wife Aleisha of Amarillo, TX and numerous nieces and nephews.
