Services for Ima Lee Gilchrest Robison, 78, of Memphis, TX, will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at the First Baptist Church with Michael Gilchrest, officiating and Don Hay, assisting. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Memphis, TX. Mrs. Robison passed away Sunday, November 20, 2011 in Memphis, TX. Ima was born January 3, 1933 in Leslie, TX to the late Mr. Jeff Jones and Mrs. Mamie (Mitchell) Jones. She attended schools in Eli, TX. She married Clifford W. Gilchrest on September 24, 1949 in Memphis, TX. He preceded her in death on August 12, 1975. She married Wayne Robison on April 7, 1978 in Memphis, TX. He preceded her in death on August 12, 1996. Ima was a beautician and a homemaker. She received her cosmetology degree in 1976 from Clarendon Junior College. She attended church at Westside Fellowship. She is preceded in death by three grandchildren, Clifty Dawn and Clifton Don Gilchrest and Jayda Ash. She is survived by three sons, Odell Gilchrest, Tony Gilchrest and wife Debbie and John Robison and wife Nikki all of Memphis, TX; two daughters, Alice Brock and husband Glenn of Marietta, GA; Joni Robison of Amarillo, TX; 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, three step sons, Wayne Robison Jr., Jeff Robison and Jerry Robison, thee step daughters, Jackie Robison, Jana Dancey and Judy Parr, numerous step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
