Jean Dunn

Services for Mrs. Jean Dunn, 69, of Lakeview, TX will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Church in Dumas, TX with Rick Parnell, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa, TX under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Memphis, TX. Jean passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2011 in Lakeview, TX. Jean was born June 6, 1941 in Pampa, TX to the late Mr. Paul Skidmore and Mrs. Lois (Enloe) Skidmore. She was a 1960 graduate of Pampa High School. She married Joe Dunn on October 27, 1962 in Pampa, TX. Jean worked as an Administrative Assistant at Moore County Extension Office until retiring after 33 years on October 1, 2010. They moved to Lakeview, TX in November 2010 from Dumas, TX. She was a member of Calvary Baptist in Dumas, TX. She is survived by her husband, Joe Dunn of Lakeview, TX; one son, Paul Dunn of Amarillo, TX; one daughter, Tammy Trevino of Valle De Oro, TX; two sisters, Paula Barton and husband Tolbert of Sachse, TX; Linda Kinney of Oklahoma City, OK; one granddaughter, Crystal Carter of Amarillo, TX; two great-grandchildren, Scarlet Carter and Maddix Chavez both of Amarillo, TX. The family suggest memorials be made to the Moore County 4-H, 310 East 1st Room 100, Dumas, TX 79029.
